Passacaglia Handel for viola and violin?
MusikFind is correct. The Handel Passacaglia was arranged from music by Handel by the Norwegian composer, violinist, conductor and teacher Johan Halvorsen. Halvorsen died in 1935 and, therefore, having been dead more than 70 years, his music is now in the public domain (out of copyright). Whether or not you will be able to find this music for free or not is another thing altogether.
